Fees & Rebates
You may wish to see your GP prior to your initial appointment with Gemma to see if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Under a MHCP you are entitled to Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Appointment Fees
A standard appointment (50 mins) is $220 for both face-to-face and Telehealth.
Rebates
If you have a MHCP and referral from a GP, you are eligible for a rebate of $96.55 per appointment for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please contact your health fund provider to see if you are eligible for further rebates.
Cancellation Fees
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours the full amount of the consultation will be charged.
ADHD Assessment
A comprehensive ADHD assessment and report is $900. Please note that there are no Medicare rebates available for these assessments.
Cognitive Assessments
Both adolescent and adult cognitive assessments with report (WISC-V, WAIS-IV) are $720. Please note there are no Medicare rebates available for these assessments.

Mental Health Care Plans & Referrals
You may wish to see your GP prior to having an appointment with Gemma to see if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Under a MHCP you are entitled to Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. In order for Gemma to provide you with a rebate you will need to ensure you have a MCHP and referral from your GP. You can email it to Gemma or bring it to your initial appointment. Please ensure the referral is made out to Gemma Morley.
After six appointments, Gemma will write a review letter to your GP and request a referral for a further four sessions if required. You will need to return to your GP for a review to arrange your review referral.
Please note you do not require a referral to see Gemma, however without one you will be ineligible for any rebates.
